Amazon Web Services will release three new exams in March or April 2017 that will help you build upon your cloud skills.

The new exams, AWS Certified Security, AWS Certified Big Data, and AWS Certified Advanced Networking, follow the trajectory of the cloud into enterprise-level solutions while filling some of the cracks in their certification program.

One major highlight of the AWS re:Invent conference last December was the announcement of, and concurrent beta testing of, three new specialty exams being added to the AWS certification structure.

The beta period for these exams recently closed, and therefore any links for these exams no longer exist. But don’t despair!

While it has no specific release date set for the exams, note that AWS typically releases a final exam approximately eight to 10 weeks after closing their beta exam periods, according to an email we received from Amazon.

Earning any of these three new certifications will set you apart as an AWS pro. Although we don’t have any training yet for these upcoming exams on our site, we wanted to share what’s coming with you first!
